RockTape is a solid kinesiology tape that can be used to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee and back pain. It boosts recovery by microscopically lifting the skin away from the muscle and fascia below, which decompresses the area and promotes blood flow. Using RockTape also increases awareness of your body position to help you maintain proper posture and form. RockTape features an ultra-strong and sticky hypoallergenic adhesive that lasts for 2 to 7 days. It is extremely water resistant and is made of 97% cotton and 3% nylon. The 180% stretch allows for full range of motion, so you don't have to worry about the tape restricting your movement. RockTape is both latex and zinc free.
