Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Battery packs are not eligible for returns. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
To return an item, email us at returns@rehabtherapysupplies.com for an RMA number and include a reason for the return. You are responsible for non-refundable shipping costs. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, or contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@rehabtherapysupplies.com.
