HandMaster Plus Hand Exercisers

The HandMaster Plus hand exerciser effectively strengthens hand muscles and is versatile in treating a wide range of conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, RSI's (repetitive stress injuries), tendonitis, DeQuervains' syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, neuropathy, post-surgical rehabilitation, sprain/dislocation/fracture rehabilitation, subluxation and adhesion, as well as circulatory concerns. This exerciser combines both flexion and extension movements. It comes with detailed instructions for use. Available in three levels of firmness: soft (purple ball, yellow cord), medium (red ball, black cord), and firm (orange ball, gray cord).
