A near-personalized experience with tons of customizable options, sturdiness to support a range of body weights and a carriage that glides smoothly over aluminum rails headline the amazing features this unit offers. The included vertical frame is equipped with a variety of springs, straps, handles, hooks and pulleys that offer variable angles of resistance, allowing three-dimensional movement that replicates daily activities. The mat converter transforms the rails into a solid platform suitable for matwork and Cadillac exercises. Also included are the jumpboard, an arc barrel, a rotational diskboard and ankle straps. The diskboard provides a variety of foot placement options allowing targeted rotation in hip flexion and extension, adduction and abduction or multiple combinations. The jumpboard allows for biomechanically sound foot or hand placement, enabling standing exercises and lunges, offering increased exercise options for post-rehabilitation or special needs clients. For resistance, Reformers come with five high-precision springs: 3 x 100%, 1 x 50% and 1 x 25%. Built to last and built to be busy, the Reformer features durable vinyl upholstery and dense EVA foam which provide client comfort and proprioceptive feedback. The retractable rope system along with the recoiling rope reels makes changing rope lengths a breeze. Made of durable silicon rubber and PVC, high-traction Reformer feet provide a superior grip with all floor surfaces during high-energy workouts. The headrest adjusts to three positions: flat, half-raised or fully raised. It should be adjusted to ensure the neck and shoulders are comfortable and tension-free when lying supine. To clean, wipe vinyl surfaces using warm water and mild soap. Please ensure soap does not make surfaces slippery. Clean channels, rails and rollers daily with just a damp cloth.
