Simply remove the white backing paper by loosening the edge and gently pulling the strip sideways to release the seal. While holding the blue lined tab, place the exposed half of patch directly over blister or wound. Staying away from touching the adhesive, apply the patch. Remove the blue lined tab completely and press down to adhere. Should a leak occur, apply a new patch as they are single use only.
