So unique, it not only allows users to go from one cable-assisted exercise to the next by just changing stations, the Liberator can have four users working on it simultaneously. The five stations and the adjustable pulley system allows users to target multiple muscle groups. The totality of the unit provides for a wide variety of arm, leg, upper body, lower body and core exercises. The cable column features 17 different height adjustments and a 2:1 cable ratio. The device comes standard with 3 (three) 200 lb. weight stacks and one stack of 150 lbs. Each is eligible to be upgraded in 50 lb. increments up to 300 lbs. The seats are padded with premium upholstery featuring sewn vinyl covers for ultimate durability. The contoured seat and back pads offer lumbar support and maximum comfort. The easy to use ratchet adjustment system lets users position the seats for height and comfort. This unit also features commercial rated 1" shafts and 1" pillow block bearings on the press arm to ensure smooth movement. Perfect for busy multi-user environments, this unit has a footprint of only 86" x 95". It also offers cast steel weight plates, ?" dia. 4000 lb. military-spec cable and 4.5" and 6" pulleys for rugged durability and quiet operation. Includes full steel shrouds that are powder and clear coated, providing a mar-resistant lustrous finish. At less than 8' tall, this unit will easily fit in nearly every facility. Device includes multiple easy-to-follow exercise placards that demonstrate machine set-up, proper form and target muscle groups.
