Description

The Freeze Sleeve makes ice/heat packs and wraps a thing of the past. This therapeutic cold/heat sleeve helps speed relief and recovery by efficiently treating sore muscles and joints. It features a sleek black design, and its specially formulated gel is super soft and flexible. Though the name has "freeze" in the name, you can heat it up or cool it down in the freezer for either hot or cold therapy. Supplying up to 20 minutes of doctor-recommended cold/heat therapy without the risk of burns or damage to the skin. The Freeze Sleeve slips on easily and provides 360 degrees of compression coverage for on-the-go therapy. Eliminating the need for messy ice bags, cumbersome ice wraps or multi-step products. This one sleeve can fit everybody (and body part), including kids older than 6. The multifunctional design is comfortable to wear on various parts of the body. Allowing users to use the sleeves interchangeably between their arms and legs. This sleeve is a size small, which has a circumference of 8 to 10 inches (20 - 26 cm). When measuring your ankle, place the measuring tape 2 inches above the bridge of your foot. When measuring your calf, arch your heel off the ground to flex your calf while standing and measure the largest portion of your calf. When measuring your knee, slightly bend your knee at a 30-degree angle while standing and measure the circumference of your knee 3 inches above where the knee bends. When measuring your hamstring, slightly bend your knee at a 30-degree angle while standing and measure the circumference of the largest portion of your quad and hamstring. When measuring your wrist, place the measuring tape 2 inches above where your hand meets your wrist. When measuring your elbow, bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle and measure the circumference around the largest portion of your biceps/triceps. Please be sure when measuring the circumference of the body part you wish to use the Freeze sleeve on, that the measuring tape is taut but not tight. Please also note, your Freeze Sleeve should fit snug around the treated area. Its compression is not intended for support, but to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure a proper fit.
