The BOSU Hydro Ball, when filled with water, harnesses the benefits of Hydro-Inertia, or water movement in the ball. The shifting water causes your muscles to react faster, enhances your balance and stabilization, and strengthens your joints. Unlike traditional weights, the Hydro Ball has adjustable weight capacity depending on the amount of water you add or remove. The Hydro Ball comes in two sizes, the HB12 and the HB25. The HB12 ranges in weight from 2-12 lbs. and the HB25 ranges from 5-25 lbs. when filled with water. The two handles allow for a wide variety of exercises making the Hydro Ball an amazing tool - working both complex or traditional movements.
