But what you can't get from Google is the customized advice and education that comes from doing physical therapy. An example of what a physical therapist can do for you is to help you avoid doing exercises that may increase your pain.
Most importantly, before engaging in any exercise to help remedy back pain, make sure to talk with your doctor or physical therapist first. They know what is best.
